我厂叉车的液压件铸件,需作耐压试验,试验压力多在300kgf/cm~2以上,要求铸件加工表面光洁,致密耐压,不得渗漏。长期以来,虽然铸件的化学成分和机械性能符合HT30-54的标准,但由于消除不了内孔加工后的疏松缺陷,曾成批报废,影响产品质量,影响生产进度。为了消除液压件铸件的疏松缺陷,我们采用落冷铁、平做立浇、平做平浇立冷,蠕墨铸铁和高锰灰铸铁等工艺和材料后,均消除了液压件铸件的疏松缺陷。一、用冷铁消除疏松缺陷1.操纵阀体的铸造工艺操纵阀体的铸造工艺如图1所示。该件的最大外形尺寸为150×140×75mm,材质为HT
