经过热力学计算和实验,得出膏剂渗硼的一些化学反应方程式。通过实验室和工厂的多次实验,获得了双层还原性气体保护下膏剂渗硼的新工艺。实验结果表明:应用膏剂渗硼法能得到性能好的单一Fe_2B相层;并用辉光放电发射光谱和x射线衍射仪对单一Fe_2B相层进行了分析。对膏剂渗硼的δ~t(深度—时间)关系,应用数理统计方法和最小二乘方原理进行了回归分析,从而得出δ~t关系的回归方程。通过正交试验得出诸因素对膏剂渗硼层厚度的影响的显著因子和最佳工艺参数。
After thermodynamic calculations and experiments, some chemical reaction equations for the boronizing of the ointment are obtained. Through many experiments in the laboratory and the factory, a new process of boronizing paste under double reducing gas protection was obtained. The experimental results show that single Fe_2B phase with good performance can be obtained by the oozing method using paste, and the single Fe_2B phase layer has been analyzed by glow discharge emission spectroscopy and X - ray diffraction. The relationship between δ ~ t (depth-time) of the boronizing of the paste was analyzed by using the method of mathematical statistics and the least square principle, and the regression equation of δ ~ t was obtained. Through orthogonal test, the significant factors and the optimum process parameters on the thickness of the boronizing layer were obtained.
