目的研究碱性清洗剂对消毒供应室护理清洗质量的应用效果。方法收集我院2015年1月~2015年7月使用过的400件污染器械,依照数字法将其随机分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各200件。其中对照组采用多酶清洗剂进行清洗,观察组采用碱性清洗剂清洗,比较两组器械的清洁质量和清洗人员对清洗方法的相关评分。结果观察组器件清洗质量为优的有149件,其清洗质量优良率为96.50%,显著高于对照组的121件、91.00%,观察组显著优于对照组;清洗人员对观察组使用碱性清洗剂进行的安全性、实用性、经济性以及综合评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论碱性清洗剂清洗医疗器件的清洁效果较多酶清洗剂更好,能有效清洗干涸的血渍和变性蛋白质,经济成本低,安全性好,实用性高,值得临床推荐。
Objective To study the effect of alkaline detergent on the quality of disinfection and supply room nursing cleaning. Methods 400 contaminated instruments used in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2015 were collected and randomly divided into two groups according to the digital method: control group and observation group, with 200 in each group. The control group was cleaned with multi-enzyme cleaning agent. The observation group was cleaned with alkaline detergent. The cleaning quality of the two instruments and the relative score of the cleaning staff on the cleaning method were compared. Results The cleaning quality of the observation group was 149, and the excellent rate of cleaning quality was 96.50%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (121 cases, 91.00%). The observation group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion The cleaning effect of alkaline cleaning agent on medical devices is better than that of enzyme cleaning agent. It can effectively wash the dried blood and denatured protein, which has the advantages of low economic cost, good safety and practicality. It is worth recommending clinically.
