以改进接穗削法为突破口,通过多年、多项试验研究,创造了长削面三刀法嫁接新技术。该项技术具有操作速度快、嫁接成活率高、节省材料、可嫁接时间长的特点。通过多项田间试验,规范了接穗、砧木的削法,采用该项新技术嫁接板栗、柿,春秋两季成活率达90%以上,比传统方法提高20.9%~35%。本项技术特别适宜于愈伤组织形成困难,嫁接成活率低的树种嫁接。1987年至今,该项技术在湖南大面积推广,嫁接板栗1.5亿株,柿3000万株,核桃10万株,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
To improve the scion cut method as a breakthrough point, through many years, a number of pilot studies, and created a long noodles Dao Dao grafting technology. Since 1987, the technology has been widely popularized in Hunan with 150 million grafted chestnut, 30 million persimmon and 100,000 walnut, which has achieved good social and economic benefits.
