用斯氏狸殖吸虫抗原(PSAg)(含氮量5mg)注入感染该虫的大鼠腹腔,每鼠可获得嗜酸粒细胞(5.97±0.54)×10~7。用密度梯度离心方法制备纯度为90%的Eos免疫家兔制备兔抗大鼠嗜酸粒细胞血清(AES)。将AES注入大鼠腹腔,隔日一次,一周后每鼠经口感染囊蚴30个,感染后每周注射AES一次,并设醋酸可的松(Cor),正常兔血清(NRS),生理盐水(NS)三组对照。结果显示四组动物每鼠平均获虫数及虫体大小无显著性差异。虫体生殖器官的发育,以AES组为佳. 表明嗜酸粒细胞是宿主(大鼠)抑制斯氏狸殖吸虫发育成熟的一个重要因素。
Eosinophils (5.97 ± 0.54) × 10 ~ 7 were obtained in peritoneal cavity of rats infected with PSA with 5 mg of nitrogen. Rabbit anti-rat eosinophil serum (AES) was prepared from Eos immunized rabbits of 90% purity by density gradient centrifugation. Inoculation of AES into the peritoneal cavity of rats was performed every other day. After one week, 30 mice were orally infected with metacercariae. The mice were injected with AES once a week after infection. Coronetine acetate (COR), normal rabbit serum (NRS), saline NS) three groups of controls. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average number of beetles and the size of parasites in each group of four animals. The development of reproductive organs in the worm body was better in the AES group, indicating that eosinophils are an important factor that inhibits the growth and development of the S. gondii in the host (rat).
