一般认为,发根力的强弱是衡量秧苗健壮与否的主要标志。但是,不同生态类型水稻秧苗的发根力有何差异?各种环境条件特别是光照条件怎样影响秧苗发根?光合产物的积累、消耗和转化与发根的关系究竟如何?这些还很少见诸报道。为此,我们用不同类型的品种材料,探讨了秧苗的发根及其与光合产物动态的关系,以便为培育壮秧寻求理论上的依据。
Generally believed that the strength of hair root is a measure of robust seedling or not the main symbol. However, what is the difference in rooting power of rice seedlings of different ecological types? How are various environmental conditions, especially light conditions, affecting hairy roots? What is the relationship between accumulation and consumption of photosynthate and rooting? These are rare Various reports. To this end, we use different types of varieties of materials, discussed the seedling’s hairy roots and photosynthetic products dynamic relationship, in order to cultivate strong seedling to find the theoretical basis.
