儿童期紧张症极为罕见,Bemporad 等于1967年复习世界文献,仅有22例报告,现补充报道一例,并拟就器质性紧张症鉴别诊断的重要性加以讨论如下:患儿,女,10岁。有长期日夜遗尿的病史。最近一次,在上课时又尿湿裤子。片刻之后,突然头后仰,颈强直,眼上翻,缄默而无反应,但无抽动、跌倒和咬破舌头。被接回家后病情渐有好转。当天下午,谈笑正常可在室内缓慢活动。晚餐时变得更无反应,不知咀嚼或吞咽,再现缄默并尿裤。次晨病情如旧,仍来就诊,检查全身僵硬,嘴微张,流涎,衣着不整并有尿气,反应迟钝,两眼对
