目的:检测顺爽滋养去屑型洗发露对CHL细胞染色体致畸变作用。方法:用体外方法检测顺爽洗发露在0.5 mg/ml、0.25 mg/ml、0.125 mg/ml时,代谢活化组(含S9mix)及非活化组(不含S9mix)CHL细胞的染色体畸变率。结果:顺爽洗发露代谢活化组(含S9mix)及非活化组(不含S9mix)的染色体畸变率均低于5%。结论:在本实验条件下顺爽滋养去屑型洗发露未诱发CHL细胞染色体畸变率增加。
Objective: To detect the chromatic aberration of CHL cells induced by Shunrui nourishing anti-dandruff shampoo. Methods: The chromosomal aberration rate of CHL cells in Shuangshuang shampoo at 0.5 mg / ml, 0.25 mg / ml and 0.125 mg / ml was detected by in vitro method in metabolic activation group (including S9mix) and non-activation group (without S9mix) . Results: The chromosome aberration rates of Shuangshun shampoo with metabolic activation (including S9mix) and non-activation (without S9mix) were less than 5%. CONCLUSION: The chromosome aberration rate of CHL cells induced by Shunrui nourishing anti-dandruff shampoo did not increase under this experimental condition.
