进入九十年代以来,郑州经济以14.3％的幅度逐年递增。1998年,郑州经济受国内、外大气候的影响,国内生产总值增长10％,是1990年以来经济增长率最低的一年。1999年,全市仍将面临严峻复杂的经济形势,要顺利完成预期经济增长9％的目标还相当艰巨。如何正确把握郑州经济运行的态势及增长潜力,做到审时度势,重拳出击,有的放矢,确保全年全市乃至“九五”预期经济增长目标的完成。
Since entering the 1990s, the economy of Zhengzhou has been increasing annually by 14.3%. In 1998, the economy of Zhengzhou was affected by the great weather at home and abroad. Its GDP increased by 10%, the lowest rate of economic growth since 1990. In 1999, the city will still face a severe and complicated economic situation. The goal of smoothly completing the expected 9% economic growth is still quite arduous. How to correctly grasp the situation and growth potential of economic operation in Zhengzhou so as to assess the current situation and launch heavy blows with targeted targets so as to ensure the completion of the expected economic growth target for the whole city and even the Ninth Five-year Plan.
