浙江省交通投资集团有限公司(以下简称:浙江省交通集团)成立于2001年12月29日,注册资本50亿元。公司成立以来,以实现国有资产保值增值和在全省高速公路建设中发挥主导作用为责任,主要经营高速公路投资建设与经营管理,并协调发展沿海远洋运输与港口物流、交通工程建设、房地产开发、金融证券等多元产业,确立了“4+1”主业格局。目前集团旗下共有5个层级企业141家,其中全资及控股子(分)公司22家,是浙江资产规模超“千亿”的省属国有企业。
