一、肝着吴××,男,48岁,干部。3~+年前,因极度悲伤,感胸闷气促,虽经治疗缓解,此后常因情绪不悦而反复发作。4小时前,因情志过激,突感胸闷,继之胸骨后剧痛,于1981年5月5日急诊入院。入院时证见:烦躁气促,胸部剧痛,按压痛缓,口唇微紫,舌质暗红,苔边白中黄,稍腻,脉弦紧。诊为气血郁滞,胸阳不通之肝着病。治以活血行瘀,通阳理气,方以血府逐瘀汤、金铃子散、瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合方加减: 当归10克生地12克赤芍10克白芍10克川芎9克权壳10克桃仁10克红花10克柴胡10克川楝子10克延胡索
