研究用革兰氏阴性杆菌脂多糖来增强机体抵抗力,已为各国学者所重视。但大多数研究偏重于伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌等病原性细菌的脂多糖,这类脂多糖具有内毒素性质,毒性高,且能导致热原反应,因而难以在临床应用。虽曾有人致力于这类脂多糖的结构改造,但少见成效。因此有提倡研究非病原性革兰氏阴性杆菌的脂多糖,其中引人注目的是灵杆菌脂多糖(灵菌素),苏联、日本、美国和加拿大等国学者均有报道。
Studying gram-negative bacillus lipopolysaccharide to enhance body resistance has been paid attention by scholars from various countries. However, most studies focus on lipopolysaccharides of pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Proteus. These lipopolysaccharides have endotoxin properties, high toxicity, and can cause pyrogenic reactions, and are therefore difficult to use in clinical practice. Although there have been people who have devoted themselves to the structural transformation of such lipopolysaccharides, they have had little success. Therefore, we have advocated the study of non-pathogenic gram-negative bacillus lipopolysaccharides, of which the most notable is Ganoderma lucidum lipopolysaccharide (delaminin), the Soviet Union, Japan, the United States and Canada and other countries have reported.
