“工学结合、校企合作”是国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要明确提出的职业教育人才培养模式改革的主导方式,这种培养模式为高职培养人才开辟了新的空间,但对学生教育管理,特别是党员教育管理提出了新的挑战。文章通过研究,分析了当前工学结合模式下顶岗实习学生党员的特点及教育管理中存在的问题和难度,提出解决的对策与措施。
“Combination of work and study, cooperation between school and enterprise ” is the dominant way of reforming vocational education personnel training mode that the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan clearly put forward. This training mode opens up new space for vocational training personnel, Student education management, especially the education and management of party members posed new challenges. Through the study and analysis, the article analyzes the characteristics of post-graduate student party members and the problems and difficulties in education and management under the current combination of work and study mode, and puts forward the solutions and measures to solve them.
