(一) 我段桥梁施工队创建于1962年8月。成立时只有职工14名,其中行政管理干部2名,技术员2名,生产工人10名。这些人员,大都没有搞过钢筋混凝土桥梁工程。生产设备也只有一个旧的神仙葫芦和一台断了牙的5吨绞车,这是建队时的全部家当。在上级党委的正确领导,以及兄弟单位的大力协助下,现在已成为一支短小精干,能独立担当段范围内中、小型装配式钢筋混凝土桥施工的队伍。目前已有职工48名,其中管理人员4名,技术人员5名(内12级1人,13级
