一、风水洗涤器用途:利用“空气压缩机”加压使用“风水洗涤器”冲洗混凝土模板及钢筋,不仅能杷模板中间密排的钢筋洗净,同时还可把模板内部木屑锯末等杂物用风力吹出。构造:用6分粗的铁管两根,把它并在一起(如图1),一根通风,一根通水,后尾连接胶皮管。通风管直通在空气压缩机上排气口,可按在工地附近的消火栓上(或自来水管道上)。洗涤器的长度根据模板深度来确定。管的粗细也要根据钢筋密度来确定。送风管和送水管尾端(与胶皮管连接处)各按“开关”,需要风时开风管,需要同时使用时风水管全开。水管可助风力增强冲击力。
