报道新杀虫剂吡虫啉的经口、经皮急性毒性和蓄积作用结果。吡虫啉对大鼠经口LD_(50)雄性为681 mg/kg,雌性为825 mg/kg;经皮 LD_(50)雌雄两性均大于2150 mg/kg。吡虫啉大鼠蓄积作用采用蓄积系数法中的定期递增剂量法测定,蓄积系数 K>5.3,属轻度蓄积。
Reported the new insecticide imidacloprid oral, transdermal acute toxicity and accumulation results. Imidacloprid was 681 mg / kg in male and 825 mg / kg in female by LD 50 in rats, and LD 50 in female was greater than 2150 mg / kg in female. The accumulation of imidacloprid in rats was determined by the method of accumulative coefficient method, and the accumulation coefficient K> 5.3, which was a mild accumulation.
