博山区位于淄博市南部,地处鲁中山区北部,东靠临朐县,南与沂源县相邻,西与莱芜市接壤,北与淄川区相连。境内东部、南部、西部为中低山,中部为低山丘陵和山间河谷,北部为丘陵和河谷盆地。土壤多为褐土类和棕壤,富含磷钾,耕地土壤有机质为1～1.45%,质地较疏松,通透性良好,pH 值为5～7。该区为温暖大陆性季风半湿润气候。全年日照百分率为59%,年降水量720～750mm,6～9月降雨量占全年的75%,春季干旱。为了发展博山区的烤烟生产,我们于1986年引种了烤烟优良品种红花大
