目的:建立作业场所空气中臭氧的测定新方法。方法:空气中臭氧与丁子香酚(4-烯丙基-2-甲氧基苯酚)生成的甲醛,在吸收液中与4-氨基-3-联氨-5-巯基-1,2,4-三氮杂茂(AHMT)缩合,再被高碘酸钾氧化成紫红色6-巯基-5-三氮杂茂[4,3-b]-S-四氮杂苯,在550 nm测定其含量。结果:以2 L/min流量采集15 min空气样品时,臭氧浓度在0.026~0.984 mg/m3内,相关系数r=0.9997,最低检出浓度为0.20μg/5 ml,加标回收率在92.3%~97.7%之间。结论:该方法灵敏快速,不用有毒和致癌物质,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为作业场所中臭氧的测定方法。
Objective: To establish a new method for the determination of ozone in the workplace air. Methods: Formaldehyde formed in the air by ozone and eugenol (4-allyl-2-methoxyphenol) was reacted with 4-amino-3-hydrazo-5-mercapto-1,2,4 - triazolam (AHMT) condensation, which was then oxidized by potassium periodate to a purple red 6-mercapto-5-triazolo [4,3-b] content. Results: At the air flow rate of 2 L / min for 15 min, the ozone concentration ranged from 0.026 to 0.984 mg / m3 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a minimum detectable concentration of 0.20 μg / 5 ml with recoveries of 92.3% ~ 97.7% between. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and rapid, does not use toxic and carcinogenic substances, the results are accurate and reliable, reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of ozone in the workplace.
