《法律常识》是对中学生进行法制教育的一门学科。但它的意义,并不是一开始就被同学们认识的。有的同学说:“不犯法,学法干啥?”也有的说:“长大了又不当法官,只要不做坏事就行了。”还有的感到法律只是枯燥的条条杠杠。总之,法律对这些同学来说是无关、无用、无味。这说明,不仅在中学开设《法律常识》课很有必要,而且教师必须在教学中引导学生克服这些片面认识,才能提高他们学习这门课程的积极性。如何把学生中无关、无用、无味的思想
“Legal Common Knowledge” is a subject for the legal education of middle school students. But its significance was not first recognized by the students.
