The “Special Education Lecture” attended by 13 provincial and municipal deaf-mute educators was recently held in Suide County, our province. This “Lecture” was supported by the Education Department of our province and co-organized by the Preparatory Group of the China Education Association Special Education Research Association and the Special Education Research Institute of the Provincial Education Institute.
