采用压电陶瓷片作为传感器和执行器对柔性梁振动进行传感和控制,分析了振动传感和能量消耗控制方法的原理.并根据实际情况对传感信号进行了必要的处理以保证控制的稳定性和有效性.从实验结果来看,达到了比较明显的减振效果,为今后深入研究太空机敏柔性结构的振动主动控制奠定了良好的基础。
Piezoelectric ceramic sheet is used as sensor and actuator to sense and control the vibration of flexible beam. The principle of vibration sensing and energy consumption control method is analyzed. And according to the actual situation of the sensor signal necessary processing to ensure the stability and effectiveness of control. From the experimental results, the obvious damping effect has been achieved, which lays a good foundation for the further study on the active vibration control of the space-agile and flexible structure.
