目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定眼保Ⅰ号胶囊中大黄酚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Hanbon C18(200mm*4.6mm,5μm);流动相:无水乙醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(87∶13,v/v);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:254nm。结果:大黄酚在0.0852-0.2982μg(r=0.99999)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.42%,RSD=1.96%(n=6)。结论:本方法方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于眼保Ⅰ号胶囊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chrysophanol in the eye-protected No. 1 capsule. Method: High performance liquid chromatography, column: Hanbon C18 (200mm*4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: absolute ethanol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (87:13, v/v); flow rate: 1.0mL.min -1; detection wavelength: 254 nm. RESULTS: The calibration curve of chrysophanol in the range of 0.0852-0.2982 μg (r=0.99999) showed a good linear relationship with the integral value of the peak area. The average recovery was 98.42% and the RSD was 1.96% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of eye protection I capsules.
