用 RRA 法测定9例甲亢患者及7例正常人胰岛素释放试验各时相的血清胰岛素浓度,同时与 RIA 法进行比较。7例正常人 RRA 与 RIA 两种方法的测定结果基本一致,而9例甲亢患者1/2h、1h 时相 RRA 及 RIA 所测姨岛素值差异有显著性(P<0.01)。并发现 RRA 与 RIA 各小时同一时相甲亢患者与正常人差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。
Serum insulin concentrations were measured by RRA in 9 patients with hyperthyroidism and 7 normal persons during insulin release test, and compared with RIA method. The results of RRA and RIA in seven normal subjects were basically the same, but there were significant differences in the measured values of AIL between RRA and RIA in 9 hyperthyroid patients at 1 / 2h and 1h (P <0.01). And found RRA and RIA hours at the same time with hyperthyroidism patients and normal differences were significant (P <0.01).
