第286号《重庆市政府制定价格成本监审办法》已经2014年12月12日市人民政府第73次常务会议通过,现予公布,自2015年4月1日起施行。市长黄奇帆2014年12月24日第一条为规范政府制定价格成本监审行为,提高价格决策的科学性,促进经营者加强成本管理,根据《中华人民共和国价格法》和有关法律法规,结合本市实际,制定本办法。第二条在本市行政区域内对实行政府定价、政府指导价(以下称政府制定价格)的商品和服务实施成本监审,适用本办法。
