掌握本地春小麦生长发育的基本规律,研究器官之间的相互关系,对于制订丰产栽培技术措施是十分必要的。这项工作从1982年开始,进行了两年,现将结果整理如下: 观测内容和方法小麦出苗后,在品种比较试验田内随机标记十株植株,观测茎各节位、叶的出现、定长、夭亡时间及其长度。二叶一心开始观测幼穗发育进程,四分子期结束。于扬花期选花期、穗形、大小一致的穗子200个,挂牌标号,每三天取十个穗观测籽粒形态、灌浆速度,并观测记载生育期间气温和日照。观测结果 1.生育期:二月中旬播种,约在三月底活动积温达100.4℃时出苗,自播种至出苗历时38—40天。出苗后18—23天,谷雨前后开始分蘖,分蘖期经历15—20天。五月上、中旬进入拔节期,五月末抽穗,六月上旬开花,中、下旬进入灌浆期,经35—40天,至七月中旬成
