采用改良寇氏法、过敏试验、静脉刺激试验、溶血试验等毒理学试验，观察氟罗沙星的安全性。结果提示，氟罗沙星注射液临床用药是安全的。
The safety of fleroxacin was observed by modified Kou’s method, allergy test, venous stimulation test and hemolysis test. The results suggest that fleroxacin injection clinical medication is safe.
