目的 :研究脉心康的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对脉心康中的姜黄进行了鉴别 ,并用薄层扫描法测量了姜黄素的含量。结果 :薄层鉴别方法简便、重复性好 ;姜黄素在 0 .1 6～ 3.84μg范围内线性关系良好 ,加样回收率为 95.9% ,RSD为 1 .2 7%。结论 :该方法可有效控制脉心康质量
Objectives: To study the quality standard of pulse heart muscle. Methods: The turmeric in pulse-hearted Kang was identified by thin-layer chromatography and the content of curcumin was measured by thin-layer scanning. RESULTS: The identification method of thin layer was simple and reproducible. Curcumin had good linearity in the range of 0.16-3.84 μg. The recovery rate was 95.9% and the RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion : This method can effectively control the quality of pulse Xinkang
