目的 研究三磷酸腺苷—氯化镁对油酸性急性呼吸窘迫综合征保护作用。方法 以21 只大白鼠为实验动物,建立油酸型急性呼吸窘迫综合征模型。随机分为三组:正常组、损伤组及治疗组。观察肺组织病理改变,动脉血氧分压及血浆丙二醛变化。结果 三磷酸腺苷—氯化镁治疗组的病理改变比损伤组明显减轻;治疗组动脉血氧分压高于损伤组( P<001) ;而治疗组血浆丙二醛水平低于损伤组( P< 001) 。结论 三磷酸腺苷—氯化镁对实验性急性呼吸窘迫综合征有一定的治疗作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of adenosine triphosphate-magnesium chloride on oleic acid-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods Twenty-one rats were used as experimental animals to establish oleic acid-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome model. Randomly divided into three groups: normal group, injury group and treatment group. Pathological changes of lung tissue, arterial oxygen tension and plasma malondialdehyde were observed. Results The pathological changes of adenosine triphosphate-magnesium chloride group were significantly less than those of the injury group. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the treatment group was higher than that in the injury group (P <001), while the plasma malondialdehyde level was lower in the treatment group than in the injury group 01). Conclusion Adenosine triphosphate - magnesium chloride has certain therapeutic effect on experimental acute respiratory distress syndrome.
