没有爱就没有教育,教育是长期熏陶、感染和唤醒的过程,但是让爱均匀地洒向每一个学生就不是那么容易了。爱成绩好的学生容易,爱成绩差的难;爱文明守纪的容易,爱调皮顽劣的难;爱尊敬师长的容易,爱目无师长的难;爱循规蹈矩的学生容易,爱招惹是非的难。然而,学生最不可爱的时候,就是他们最需要“爱”的时候。爱一个学生就等于培养一个学生,而讨厌,意味着毁灭。笔者认为作为班主任,应以快乐和开放的心态、追求氛围和细节、注重爱的表达和沟通的艺术,让师爱如同阳光,让班级温暖明亮,让学生健康成长。
Without love, there is no education. Education is the process of long-term influence, infection and awakening. However, it is not so easy to let love spread evenly to each student. Love good grades easy student, poor grades of poor love; easy to love civilized discipline, mischievous naughty hardship; love to respect the teacher easy, love head teacher difficult; love to behave easily, love to provoke trouble . However, when students are the most unkind, they are most in need of “love”. Love a student is equivalent to cultivating a student, and annoying, means destruction. I believe that as a teacher, should be happy and open mindedness, the pursuit of atmosphere and details, pay attention to the expression of love and communication art, so that teacher love as the sun, so that the class warm and bright, so that students healthy growth.
