企业的发展,人才是关键。对企业来说,企业人力资源的质量与水平决定着企业的生存与发展,企业持续发展的根本动力在于人力资源的培养与使用。目前越来越多的企业重视培训,但在培训中依然存在着问题。本论文主要分为三部分进行概述:一是有效认识员工培训的重要性;二是分析在培训过程中存在的问题及原因;三是探讨如何做好员工培训的对策。
The development of enterprises, talent is the key. For enterprises, the quality and level of human resources in enterprises determine the survival and development of enterprises. The fundamental driving force for sustainable development of enterprises lies in the cultivation and use of human resources. At present, more and more enterprises attach importance to training, but there are still problems in training. This thesis is divided into three parts: First, to effectively recognize the importance of staff training; second, to analyze the problems and causes in the training process; third, to explore how to do the staff training.
