技能人才队伍建设是江汉油田企业(以下简称油田)人才建设的重要组成部分,是油田大力实施人力资源战略,实现人才强企的重要内容,加强技能人才培训指导师队伍建设是推进油田技能人才队伍建设的重要途径之一。本文从技能人才培训指导师概述、存在的不足和措施等三个方面进行了初步探讨。
