云时代高校图书馆人力资源管理发展趋势主要体现在管理手段科学化、管理方法人性化、职工教育终身化。在对图书馆人力资源现状进行分析的基础上,重点探讨了云时代高校图书馆对人力资源的要求以及管理模式。
The development trend of human resource management in university libraries in the era of the cloud is mainly reflected in the scientific management methods, the humanized management methods and the lifelong education of staff and workers. Based on the analysis of the status quo of human resources in libraries, this paper focuses on the human resource requirements and management models of university libraries in the cloud age.
