顺序控制器正在日益广泛地应用,提高抗干扰能力是改善其性能的一个重要方面。现有简易型顺序控制器多采用异步控制方式,因而抗干扰性能不甚佳。本文对数字技术中的异步和同步控制方式作了分析比较,提出在简易型顺序控制器中采用同步加选通的控制方式将显著捉高其抗干扰能力而付出代价不高。文中扼要介绍了根据这种设计思想研制的通用型顺序控制器的性能,并给出了抗干扰性能试验的结果。
Sequence controllers are being used more and more widely and improving anti-jamming capability is an important aspect of improving their performance. The existing simple sequence controller to use asynchronous control method, so anti-jamming performance is not very good. In this paper, the asynchronous and synchronous control methods in digital technology are analyzed and compared. It is pointed out that the synchronous and gated control method in the simple sequence controller will pay a higher price for its anti-interference ability. In this paper, the performance of a universal sequence controller developed based on this design idea is briefly introduced, and the result of anti-jamming performance test is given.
