磁带广泛应用于录音、录象、电子计算机及遥测系统等,如何实现对单片磁带的快速测量,这对改进磁带的生产工艺和研究其记录特性等具有十分重要的意义。由于磁带磁层很薄,讯号微弱,故一般都用几层迭加以提高信号幅度。我们在提高系统信噪比的基础上配合示波器及CL—2交流磁特性自动记录仪,实现了对单片磁带的磁滞回线的测量,系统的灵敏度可达0.1Ma×Well/cm。通过对参考带Scotch777的测量,本装置的测量结果与其标称值偏差在5%以内。
Tape is widely used in recording, video, computer and telemetry systems, how to achieve rapid measurement of single-chip tape, which is to improve the tape production process and study of its recording characteristics is of great significance. Due to the thin magnetic tape layer, the signal is weak, it is generally used to increase the signal amplitude of several layers. We improve the system signal to noise ratio based on the oscilloscope and CL-2 AC magnetic characteristics of the automatic recorder to achieve a monolithic tape hysteresis loop measurement, the sensitivity of the system up to 0.1Ma × Well / cm. By measuring the reference tape Scotch777, the measurement results of this device are within 5% of its nominal value.
