中国工程爆破协会第三届会员代表大会于2002年11月7日至8日在南京举行。出席会议的有国家有关部门与工业协会负责人、全国工程爆破界领导、专家和会员单位代表共408人。 大会开幕式由协会副理事长、国家安全生产监督管理局信息与技术装备司杨富司长主持,副理事长总参科技委副主任钱虎院士致开幕词,中国有色金属工业协会康义会长应邀出席会议并作了重要讲话。
The Third Congress of China Engineering Blasting Association was held in Nanjing from November 7 to November 8, 2002. A total of 408 people attended the meeting, including heads of relevant state departments and industry associations, leaders, experts and member units of the national blasting industry. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Yang Fu, vice chairman of the association and director of the information and technology equipment department of the State Administration of Work Safety. Vice chairman and chief of Staff of Science and Technology Committee Qian Hu made an opening speech and President Kang Yi of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association was invited Attended the meeting and made an important speech.
