最近,省人民医院针对本院存在的问题,制定了五条整改措施,并要求全院职工遵照执行。这5条整改措施是:(1)严禁科室和个人收取病人现金及出售一次性物品,如便盆、脸盆等,严禁搭车开药。这是侵蚀医院与国家财产,是一种犯罪行为,查实后以一罚五,三年内不准晋升,如为科室所定,扣发全科月奖金50％。(2)在职与延聘(返聘)人员向外介绍病人,发现一例扣一个月的奖金,停止上门诊半年及三年内不得晋升,并不准在院外兼职,如兼职者,在职人员解聘一年,延聘(返聘)人员即解聘。(3)各科室
