目的观察甘舒霖30R联合渴乐宁治疗磺脲类降糖药继发性失效的2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选择2型糖尿病患者40例,给予甘舒霖30R皮下注射,早晚各1次,同时服用渴乐宁4 g,每日3次,疗程2个月。结果40例患者在治疗2个月后,空腹血糖得到有效控制者39例(占97.5%),餐后2 h血糖得到有效控制者38例(占95%)。结论甘舒霖30R联合渴乐宁可有效治疗磺脲类降糖药继发性失效的2型糖尿病。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganshuolin 30R combined with thieleine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary to failure of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents. Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were injected subcutaneously with Gansu Lin 30R, one morning and one night, taking thiehneral 4 g three times a day for 2 months. Results After 40 months of treatment, 39 patients (97.5%) had effective control of fasting blood glucose and 38 patients (95%) had effective control of blood glucose 2 hours after the meal. Conclusions Ganshu Lin 30R combined with thielaning can effectively treat type 2 diabetes mellitus secondary to failure of sulfonylurea hypoglycemic agents.
