本文综述了新近发展起来的串联质谱法在药物和毒物等外源物质代谢研究中的应用。在串联质谱法中质谱仪既作为分离混合物中组分的分离工具,又作为阐明物质结构的鉴定工具。它具有快速、灵敏、选择性强等特点和一些特殊功能。它可定性和定量分析代谢物,直接分析缀合代谢物和测定外源物质的代谢变化图谱。这是这一领域内的新进展,目前仍处于研究与发展之中。
This review summarizes the recent development of tandem mass spectrometry for the analysis of exogenous substances such as drugs and poisons. In tandem mass spectrometry, mass spectrometry is used both as a separation tool to separate components of a mixture and as an identification tool to elucidate the structure of a substance. It has fast, sensitive, selective and other characteristics and some special features. It can be qualitative and quantitative analysis of metabolites, direct analysis of conjugated metabolites and determination of exogenous substances metabolic changes in the map. This is a new development in this area and is still under research and development.
