又到年末,每个人都在进行工作总结,回顾自己取得了哪些成就,还存在什么问题。公立医院的改革,至今未形成定论。尽管政策仍未清晰,但是医院管理者们并没有被动地等待,而是积极献言践行,以实际行动递交了一份出色的答卷。通过“2007院长力推的一项举措”这一专题的策划,我们看到,有的院长在内部管理上建树颇丰,有的院长把目光投向了外部发展,还有的院长开始担负起更多的社会责任……正因为他们的创新举措,让我们在这个寒冷的冬天提前触摸到了医疗行业的盎然春意。
At the end of the year, everyone was working on a summary of what they had achieved and what problems remained. The reform of public hospitals has not yet reached a conclusion. Although the policy is still not clear, the hospital managers did not passively wait, but actively provided words and deeds, and delivered an excellent response with practical actions.
