Hangzhou, the famous historic city on the west bank, is striding forward to the city of innovation and vitality, turning “innovation” into a label and leaving the world amazing again and again. In the first half of this year, the GDP of Hangzhou increased by 8.1% 1.2 percentage points higher than the national level, and even more remarkable is that the information-based economy with innovation as the core has all along led the economic restructuring and upgrading of Hangzhou.
