一、引言磨削加工不仅用于精加工,而且也应用于粗加工和表面去表皮加工,在这方面,干磨的情况很多。但干磨存在有许多问题,如砂轮表面易产生粘附、砂轮磨损严重、磨削比很低、磨削过程中磨削力大、磨削温度高、零件磨削表面产生较大残余应力及粉尘造成严重的环境污染等。上述问题在干磨钛合金时更为突出。为了减小或排除以上问题,曾对普通砂轮组织进行了调整,如采用混合磨料的砂轮。试验结果表明,调整后的砂轮性能均有所改善,但并不很显著。

In order to reduce or eliminate the above problems, ordinary grinding wheel organization has been adjusted, such as the use of mixed abrasive wheel. Test results show that the modified wheel performance has improved, but not significantly.
