目的利用60Co-γ射线辐照对电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱特性的影响,建立简便、快捷的辐照中药颗粒制剂检测方法。方法 2种中成药颗粒(妇乐颗粒和抗感解毒颗粒)样品分别经剂量率为1.0kGy/h,剂量为0、0.1、0.3、0.7、1、3、5、7、9kGy的60Co-γ射线辐照处理,用顺磁共振波谱检测仪对样品ESR波谱特性进行检测,样品量为0.05g,每个样品3次重复。结果辐照前后ESR波谱峰值有明显差异,ESR信号强度随辐照样品吸收剂量的增加而增强;样品在室温下保存120d,ESR信号强度随时间虽有变化,但仍处于与对照组呈显著差异的水平。结论利用ESR波谱法可简便、快捷、有效地鉴别中药颗粒制剂是否经辐照处理。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of granules in irradiated Chinese medicine by using 60Co-γ-ray irradiation on the characteristics of electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy. Methods The samples of two traditional Chinese medicine granules (Fule Granule and Kanggan Jiedu Granule) were treated respectively with 60Co-γ (dose of 1.0kGy / h, dosage of 0,0.1,0.3,0.7,1,3,5,7,9kGy) Ray irradiation treatment, using the paramagnetic resonance spectrometer ESR spectral characteristics of the sample was detected, the sample size of 0.05g, 3 times each sample was repeated. Results The peak value of ESR before and after irradiation was significantly different. The signal intensity of ESR increased with the increase of absorbed dose of irradiated samples. The samples were stored at room temperature for 120 days. The signal intensity of ESR varied with the time, but it was still significantly different from that of control s level. Conclusion ESR spectroscopy can be easily, quickly and effectively identified whether the Chinese medicine granules were irradiated.
