目的研究对股骨头早期坏死有疗效的中药汤剂股骨头I号方药(以下简称I号药)的作用机理。方法用昆明小白鼠进行扭体试验、抗巴豆油致炎试验和游泳能力试验,检测I号药的镇痛、消炎和增强体能的效应。用醋酸氢化考地松造成家兔股骨头早期坏死的模型,分别用I号药、马氏骨丸和生理盐水进行1个月的治疗。为了评定I号药的疗效和机理,在造模前、造模后和治疗后,分别进行3次血清GOT、TG和髋区的骨密度测定和病理组织学检查。结果和结论I号药有良好的镇痛、抗炎消肿和提高体能的效应;有降低GOT、TG和提高骨密度的作用;I号药可以逆转激素诱发的股骨头骨质和骨髓早期的破坏、吸收和坏死等病理组织学变化,使其恢复近于正常股骨头的结构。
Objective To study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine decoction femoral head No.1 (hereinafter referred to as No. I drug) which is effective for the early necrosis of the femoral head. Methods The effects of analgesia, anti-inflammation and enhanced physical fitness of No.1 drug were tested by using a Kunming mouse for writhing test, anti-croton oil inflammatory test and swimming ability test. The model of early necrosis of femoral head in rabbits was induced by hydrocortisone acetate. One month treatment was performed with No. I drug, Markov pills and normal saline. In order to evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of No. 1 drug, serum GOT, TG, and hip bone mineral density measurement and histopathological examination were performed before, after, and after the model. Results and Conclusions No. 1 drugs have good analgesic, anti-inflammatory, detumescent, and physical effects; have a role in reducing GOT, TG, and bone mineral density; No. I drugs can reverse hormone-induced femoral head and early bone marrow Histopathological changes such as destruction, absorption and necrosis make it recover from the structure of the normal femoral head.
