雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物对佐剂关节炎大鼠不同病变时期各连续灌胃给药7d，可使致炎2周和4周大鼠的血小板最大聚集率明显下降。对血小板解聚无明显的促进作用。
The ethyl acetate extract of Tripterygium wilfordii can continuously administer seven days of adjuvant arthritis to rats at different stages of lesions, which can significantly reduce the maximum platelet aggregation rate in rats at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after inflammation. There is no obvious promotion of platelet depolymerization.
