报道62例肺癌骨转移。96.8%的患者有骨痛。63.3%的患者骨痛出现时间晚于呼吸道症状。肺癌骨转移的部位以胸骨最常见(占70.1%),其次为脊柱(69.3%)和骨盆(45.2%)。骨x线片对病灶的检出率为64.3%,且以单灶为多(68.6%),平均检出病灶数为1.6±0.2个。骨核素显像的检出率为100%,且能检出多灶(占59.1%),平均检出病灶数为2.8±0.1个。骨X线片和核素显像结合应用可提高骨转移灶的定性、定位诊断。
62 cases of bone metastases from lung cancer were reported. 96.8% of patients had bone pain. 63.3% of patients experienced bone pain later than respiratory symptoms. The site of bone metastases in lung cancer was the most common (70.1%) with the sternum, followed by the spine (69.3%) and the pelvis (45.2%). The detection rate of bone X-ray on the lesions was 64.3%, and the number of single lesions was 68.6%. The average number of lesions detected was 1.6±0.2. The detection rate of osteonoid imaging was 100%, and multiple lesions (59.1%) could be detected. The average number of detected lesions was 2.8±0.1. The combined use of bone radiographs and radionuclide imaging can improve the qualitative and location diagnosis of bone metastases.
