低剂量电离辐射对小鼠肿瘤转移及免疫功能的影响

Ｃ５７ＢＬ／６，小鼠眼静脉注射Ｂ１６黑色素瘤细胞２４小时后，进行７５ｍＧｙＸ线全身一次照射，结果显示，照射后小鼠的肺转移结节数明显低于对照组。机体免疫功能比对照组明显增强。

C57BL/6 mice were injected with B16 melanoma cells through the eye vein for 24 hours and then irradiated with 75mGyX-ray systemically. The results showed that the number of metastatic lung nodules in the mice after irradiation was significantly lower than that in the control group. The body’s immune function was significantly enhanced compared to the control group.
