针对有多个加工和装备设备的柔性制造系统,提出了一种调度方法。首先根据产品装配结构对问题进行分解,得到多个易于调度的简单问题,形成对应的agent。然后应用合作博弈理论,根据各agent重要性和装配约束获得agent的排序。以此顺序在机器上按照规则进行生产安排,故能够得到满足产品加工约束的近似最优调度结果。最后通过实验对算法进行了验证。
Aiming at the flexible manufacturing system with multiple processing and equipment, a scheduling method is proposed. First, the problem is decomposed according to the assembly structure of the product, and a plurality of simple problems that are easy to be scheduled are obtained, and a corresponding agent is formed. Then, cooperative game theory is applied to obtain the ranking of agents according to the importance of each agent and assembly constraints. In this order, the production scheduling is carried out on the machine according to the rules, so that an approximate optimal scheduling result satisfying the product processing constraints can be obtained. Finally, the algorithm is verified through experiments.
