目的 :研究肝癌术后复发的影响因素。方法 :采用 BP人工神经网络分析方法对肝癌术后复发的可能影响因素进行筛选。 结果 :选出了有统计学意义的肝癌预后影响因素。其中单因素分析选出 18项影响因素 ;多因素分析选出 9项 :术前是否接受碘油栓塞 (TAE)治疗、B超示门脉癌栓、切缘与肿瘤的距离、肿瘤生长方式、TNM分期、术后 AFP水平、术后远处器官转移、术后行 TAE治疗和术后免疫中药治疗。结论 :该 9项影响因素可作为判断肝癌术后复发的重要指标。人工神经网络方法用于肝癌预后影响因素的分析效果理想 ,可为临床判断肝癌预后提供科学客观的数量化依据。
Objective: To study the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: BP artificial neural network analysis method was used to screen the possible influencing factors of postoperative recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma. RESULTS: Statistically significant prognostic factors for liver cancer were selected. Among them, 18 factors were selected for univariate analysis; 9 items were selected for multivariate analysis: whether it was treated with lipiodol embolization (TAE) prior to surgery, B ultrasonography of portal vein tumor thrombi, distance between the margin and tumor, tumor growth pattern, TNM stage, postoperative AFP level, postoperative distant organ metastasis, postoperative TAE treatment and postoperative immunization Chinese medicine treatment. Conclusion: The nine factors can be used as an important indicator to judge the recurrence of liver cancer. The artificial neural network method is ideal for analyzing the prognostic factors of liver cancer, and can provide scientific and objective quantitative basis for the clinical judgment of the prognosis of liver cancer.
