今年9月10日,地处赤水河畔的古蔺县水口镇马跃村一片欢腾,全镇的教师节庆祝大会在马跃村小学举行。农民出身的共产党员、个体工商户王友伦带头捐资兴建的马跃小学全面竣工,市县领导、毗邻乡镇的党政干部、水口镇的村干部及全体教师、当地村民近3000人参加了庆祝大会暨竣工典礼。新建的马跃小学耗资28万元,其中王友伦捐资13万元,县教委拨款10万元,镇政府拨款2万元,群众集资3万元。王友伦终于实现了多年的夙愿。他坐在主席

The newly built Ma Yue Primary School cost 280,000 yuan, of which Wang Youlun donated 130,000 yuan, the county education commission allocated 100,000 yuan, the town government allocated 20,000 yuan and the crowd raised 30,000 yuan.
