目的分析9号染色体多态性与异常孕产史及不孕的关系,探讨与临床效应的关系,为临床优生遗传咨询提供依据。方法 3489例每例行外周血培养,细胞收获,制片及G显带,并行染色体核型分析。结果 3489病例中,共检出53例9号染色体多态,检出率为1.51。结论 9号染色体多态与临床的生殖异常有一定的关系。
Objective To analyze the relationship between chromosome 9 polymorphism and abnormal pregnancy history and infertility, and to explore the relationship with the clinical effect so as to provide the basis for clinical eugenics genetic counseling. Methods 3489 cases of peripheral blood culture per line, cell harvest, production and G banding, parallel karyotype analysis. Results In 3489 cases, 53 cases of chromosome 9 polymorphism were detected, the detection rate was 1.51. Conclusion Chromosome 9 polymorphism and clinical reproductive abnormalities have a certain relationship.
